Jonathan Slater, Acting General Manager.



Mr. Slater and the Company have entered into an agreement for Mr. Slater to provide his experience, expertise and industry access to serve in the capacity of Acting General Manager. Mr. Slater provides an extensive track record of success in both operating and financial circles.  In addition, Mr. Slater has extensive global travel expertise and is a member of Starwood’s Preferred Guest Advisory Community, the customer advisory board for Starwood Hotels.  Currently, Mr. Slater is President and CEO of Sequel Management, LLC, a Boston-based buyout boutique, which among other things, sponsored the $560 acquisition of Esselte AB, the $1+ billion global office products manufacturer.  Prior thereto, Mr. Slater was the founder and CEO of two businesses: AmeriCounsel.com, an Internet legal services company teamed with noted Harvard Law School Professor Arthur Miller to consumerize legal services; and SmarTel Communications, an innovator and early leader in the U.S. prepaid phone card industry which was established in 1993 and successfully sold in 1997.  For most of the previous decade, Mr. Slater worked in commercial and investment banking (M&A) in various capacities at Bankers Trust Company, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co, participating in more than $5 billion of completed debt and equity financings. Mr. Slater is also very active within the entrepreneurial community as a member and former President of the Boston Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, lecturer in Entrepreneurship at The Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and part-time business news columnist. Mr. Slater has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.



John Rizzo, Chief Financial Officer.


 


Mr. Rizzo will serve at the corporations Chief Financial Officer and has a management agreement through 2007. Mr. Rizzo has been in public accounting for 10 years.  His expertise includes conducting financial statement engagements, and providing financial advice to a wide-variety of commercial companies.  John was born in Niagara Falls, New York and received his B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1995.  While at Fredonia, John interned with Freed, Maxick, Sachs & Murphy, P.C. of Buffalo, New York.  He moved to Rochester after graduation and joined Bonadio & Co., LLP. John was certified in 1998 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


 


Sam Galeotos, Senior Business Strategist.


 


Mr. Galeotos and the Company have entered into a consulting agreement for Mr. Galeotos to provide his experience, expertise and industry access to serve in the capacity of Business Strategist and Advisor. The scope of these services will include (i) participation and contribution to strategy sessions; and (ii) advising and supporting positioning, sales alliance and branding strategies.


 


Mr. Galeotos has dedicated much of his life to travel distribution with over 20 years of experience in the travel-technology industry. He served as co-CEO at Worldspan, a computer reservation system servicing the world's leading travel service providers. He was then named CEO of Cheaptickets.com in February, 2001 where he remained through the sale of Cheaptickets.com to Cendant Corporation in August, 2001. Following Cendant's acquistion of Cheaptickets, Mr. Galeotos was named CEO of Galileo which is a Cendant company. Mr. Galeotos earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and is a graduate of The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania
